Quick and Efficient PCB Singulation
When considering the numerous methods available for PCB singulation, it is difficult to decide which might be the best. For stress free depanelization we utilize a router bit which minimizes the stress on components, therefore keeping them intact and working proficiently. The router bit adjustment system will automatically shift up to 5 different depth levels, which will cut down on bit replacement. Router bit cutting speed has a maximum of 50mm per second, while the traveling speed is a maximum of 800mm per second. Our PCB routers also contain a high speed spindle which will sustain precision while speeding up the process. The frame is sure to hold up with precise ball screws employed on an X, Y, Z axis, and be speedy with a spindle motor that creates up to 60,000rpm spins.
Flexible panel designs are easy to deal with through the various cutting patterns available on the routers. A fixture-based dust vacuum removal system utilized from the bottom side assures that there will be no shift or warp during PCB singulation.
